2. Scope of Services

All services offered by Brandvision JK are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Client requirements
  • Final approval of designs, materials, and specifications

Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and revised timelines.

3. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations provided are valid for a limited time as mentioned in the proposal.
  • Prices are subject to change based on material costs, design changes, site conditions, or additional requirements.
  • Taxes, installation charges, transportation, or permissions (if applicable) may be charged separately unless stated otherwise.
  • Final billing will be based on the approved quotation and actual work executed.

4. Orders & Confirmation

  • An order is considered confirmed only after written approval (email/WhatsApp) and advance payment, if applicable.
  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled without mutual agreement.
  • Any cancellation after production has started may attract cancellation charges.

5. Design Approval & Responsibility

  • All designs, layouts, spellings, sizes, and colors must be approved by the client before execution.
  • Brandvision JK will not be responsible for errors once final approval is received.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that provided logos, content, and designs do not violate any copyrights or trademarks.

6. Production & Installation

  • Timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, material availability, site access, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Installation dates may change based on site readiness and permissions.
  • Client must ensure proper site access, power supply (if required), and permissions from authorities or property owners.

7. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment may be required before commencing work.
  • Final payment must be cleared upon completion or as per agreed milestones.
  • Delayed payments may result in work stoppage, delayed delivery, or additional charges.
  • All payments are non-refundable once production has started.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All designs, concepts, and creative materials developed by Brandvision JK remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients may not reproduce, modify, or reuse designs without prior consent.
  • Brandvision JK reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

9. Warranty & Liability

  • Warranty, if any, applies only to manufacturing defects and not to physical damage, mishandling, vandalism, or environmental wear and tear.
  • Electrical components (LEDs, power supplies) are subject to manufacturer warranties.
  • Brandvision JK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Third-Party Services

Brandvision JK may engage third-party vendors for fabrication, printing, or installation. While we ensure quality standards, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party services beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Brandvision JK be liable for:

  • Loss of business or revenue
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by external factors beyond our control

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the service provided.

12. Website Usage

  • Website content is for general information purposes only.
  • Unauthorized use of website content, images, or branding is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website content without notice.

13. Termination of Services

Brandvision JK reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:
